Primitivo di Manduria DOP "Sessantanni" Feudi San Marzano

A red wine from Feudi San Marzano, made from Primitivo in the Primitivo di Manduria DOP. It may show ripe fruit such as plum and dark cherry, with spicy nuances and softer notes that blend into the fruit profile. On the palate it is full and enveloping, with a perceptible tannic texture and a persistent finish. Serve at cellar temperature, opening the bottle shortly before serving; a few minutes in the glass can help the aromas emerge. It suits grilled or roasted meats, braised dishes, rich pasta sauces and aged cheeses.
