This is a 5 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Douglas Laing's Private Stock range, bottled at 58.5% in a 50cl bottle. It was distilled at a family favourite distillery and matured in a single sherry butt. Cara Laing personally selected the cask, which came from the Douglas Laing family's own private whisky collection. Only 300 bottles were hand-filled, and each one is hand-signed by Cara Laing. The whisky was bottled in Glasgow without added colour or chill-filtration.
