Puncher's Chance The Undisputed is a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon, made from a high-rye mash bill. It combines five and six-year-old bourbons and is bottled at 54% ABV (108 proof), close to cask strength.
The whiskey is aged in deeply charred American oak barrels, and a little water is suggested to open up its flavours.
It is medium to deep amber in colour. The palate is rich and warm with vanilla, oak and a nutty note, leading to a long, robust finish.
