A blended Scotch whisky from Pure Scot, in a 750ml bottle. The blend was created in 2015 by David Prior together with Charles Maclean.
This expression is finished in virgin American oak casks at Bladnoch Distillery.
The nose is sweet oak, barley sugar and nutmeg, with a hint of citrus and green apple and a whiff of fragrant smoke. The palate is honeyed and fresh, with barley sugar, spicy gingerbread and candied orange peel. The finish is soft and lightly spicy, with a long, sweet, oaky and honeyed character.
