Queirolo Quebranta Pisco (70cl)

Queirolo Quebranta is a pure Quebranta pisco from Peru, made from a non-aromatic grape. The Queirolo family left Genoa for Peru in 1877 and founded their cellar in Lima in 1880. The pisco is made at Pachacamac in the province of Lima. Fermentation uses natural yeasts at a controlled temperature of around 22°C, distillation is in Charentais-type stills, and the spirit rests in stainless steel. Dried fruit and almond aromas dominate. It can be drunk neat or mixed, and suits a Pisco Sour.
