Rabbit Hole Dareringer is a straight bourbon made in Louisville, Kentucky, bottled at 46.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is matured in new charred oak barrels, then finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
The nose combines dried fruits, vanilla and caramel with toasted oak and a little nuttiness. On the palate, ripe figs, raisins and dark chocolate sit alongside caramel, toffee and baking spices, with a velvety texture and a touch of sweetness from the sherry finish.
