Rabbit Hole Cavehill is a Kentucky straight bourbon distilled in small batches in Louisville. Its mash bill uses four grains: corn, malted barley, honey malted barley and malted wheat. It comes in a 750ml bottle.
The bourbon is aged in toasted, wood-fired barrels.
The nose is floral and honeyed, with toasted grain, vanilla and orange peel. The palate is full-bodied and balanced, with caramel, spice and custard over light oak and malt sweetness. The finish is long, warm and velvety, with vanilla bean and citrus zest.
