Rabbit Hole Cavehill is a four-grain straight bourbon from Rabbit Hole Distillery, named as a homage to Cave Hill Cemetery, the final resting place of generations of Louisville distillers.
It is intended to build on the legacy of those bourbon pioneers, with an unorthodox character of its own.
The nose has a base of vanilla, with spice, honey and a fresh apple note. The palate leads with spice, and the finish brings vanilla and custard.
