A single barrel, cask strength bourbon from Rabbit Hole in Kentucky, bottled at 108.8 proof (54.4% ABV) in a 75cl bottle. The label shows the March Hare, one of six Alice in Wonderland-inspired designs made with the watercolour artist Kasiq Jungwoo Lee.
It sits firmly on the sweet side of the Rabbit Hole house style, with fruit, sweet spices and floral notes and nothing herbaceous or bitter. Red berries, cloves, vanilla, sweet oak, creme brulee and plenty of butterscotch characterise it.
