Raer Blended Scotch Whisky Pedro Ximénez Expression (70cl)

RAER Pedro Ximénez Expression is a blended Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks from the Jerez region of Andalucía, Spain, and laid down for further maturation in bond at Jackton Distillery. It won Bronze at the IWSC 2026, following a Gold Medal at the World Scotch Whisky Awards in 2023. Tasting notes describe deep fruit, honeyed figs, toasted oak and caramelised sugar, followed by a warm, lingering finish.
