Rapitala Rosato Terre Siciliane IGT

A rosé from Sicily with a bright, clear pink colour and good colour intensity. The nose brings small red fruits, citrus peel and a light floral note. The palate is clean and fresh, with lively acidity, well-judged sapidity, a slim but coherent body, contained softness and barely noticeable tannins, leading to a persistent, pleasant finish. It suits aperitifs and everyday Mediterranean dishes such as seafood salads, grilled fish, vegetables and light cured meats, served fresh.
