Rare Perfection 15 Year Cask Strength Bourbon Whiskey (75cl)

Rare Perfection 15 Year Cask Strength is a bourbon aged for fifteen years, well beyond the usual maturation period for the style. It is bottled at cask strength without dilution, so it reaches the glass at its natural barrel proof. The nose is dark caramel, toasted oak, leather, baking spice and a hint of dried fruit. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with molasses, dark chocolate, roasted nuts, charred oak and warming spice. The finish is long and powerful, with vanilla, tobacco and oak-driven heat.
