Rebecca Creek Bottled in Bond Texas Straight Bourbon comes from Rebecca Creek Distillery in San Antonio. It is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) in a 750ml bottle.
As a bottled-in-bond bourbon, it was made at a single distillery in a single distilling season and matured for at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse.
The nose offers vanilla, caramel and warm grain. The palate is full and balanced, and the finish is medium-long and warm, with oak and grain spice.
