Rebecca Creek Small Batch is a Texas straight bourbon from Rebecca Creek Distillery in San Antonio, in a 750ml bottle. It is drawn from a hand-selected group of barrels chosen for consistent character.
The distillery was founded in 2010 by Mike Cameron, a former aircraft engineer. The bourbon is matured in the Texas Hill Country, where hot summers and cool winters move the spirit in and out of the charred oak.
The nose offers vanilla, caramel and toasted oak. The palate is smooth and rounded, with brown sugar, vanilla and warm grain spice, and the finish is medium to long and warm, with oak and caramel.
