Rebecca Creek Bottled in Bond is a Texas straight bourbon from the Rebecca Creek Distillery in San Antonio, which was established in 2010. It is bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
As a bottled-in-bond whiskey, it comes from a single distillery and a single distilling season, and it was aged for at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse.
The nose is vanilla, caramel and warm grain. The palate is full and balanced, and the finish is medium to long and warm, with Texas oak and grain spice.
