Rebecca Creek French Oak is a Texas straight bourbon finished in French oak casks, in a 75cl bottle. It comes from Rebecca Creek Distillery in San Antonio, established in 2010.
The finish starts from the distillery's Hill Country bourbon and adds dried fruit and gentle spice from the French oak.
The nose is vanilla and caramel with dried fruit and spice. The palate shows dried fruit, gentle tannin and refined spice alongside the bourbon's warmth, and the finish is medium to long and elegant.
