A small batch straight rye whiskey from Rebel Yell, in a 70cl bottle. Rye is combined with corn and malted barley, and the spirit is distilled in a Vendome copper still.
It is diluted with water at bottling and matured in American oak for at least two years.
The colour shifts between yellow and amber. The nose is mainly spicy, with woody notes alongside. The palate is delicate, soft and enveloping, and smell and taste are well balanced.
