Rebola di Rimini DOC - Terre Cevico

A white wine with fresh aromas of white flowers, light citrus notes and a herbaceous hint. It has a bright straw-yellow colour and a lively palate supported by pleasant acidity. The body stays slender but present, with a sapidity that prolongs the finish and an enveloping texture. It pairs naturally with light seafood dishes, local starters, fresh cheeses and grilled vegetables, and also works as an aperitif. Serve fresh, around 8-10°C, preferably in a wide glass.
