A white wine from Romagna made from the native Rebola grape, grown biodynamically by Fattoria del Piccione at Villa Massani. It shows a clear straw-yellow colour. The nose offers white fruits such as pear and apple, white flowers and a light mineral note. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with acidity that balances the taste and invites another sip. The finish is clean, with a pleasant aromatic persistence. Serve at 8-10°C. It suits an aperitif, light fish dishes, vegetable starters and fresh cheeses.
