Rebola Secca Colli di Rimini Isotta Tenuta Santini

Rebola Secca Colli di Rimini Isotta is a white wine from Romagna by Tenuta Santini, made from the Rebola grape. It is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose has floral notes of acacia and chamomile, with green apple, pear and citrus. On the palate it is balanced, with a soft entry, pleasant acidity, minerality and light savouriness, leading to a pleasant finish. It suits aperitifs, fish, seafood, fresh cheeses and light vegetarian dishes.
