Red Eye Louie's Whisquila Rye Whiskey and Tequila (75cl, 40%)

Red Eye Louie's Whisquila is an unconventional spirit that blends rye whiskey with tequila. It is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) and can be taken neat, over ice or in cocktails. The idea is to pair the spice of rye with the bright agave character of tequila. The nose has agave brightness, light rye spice and subtle citrus. The palate brings spicy rye grain, sweet agave, hints of vanilla and mild pepper, and the finish is smooth and warming, with lingering spice and agave sweetness.
