Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength Batch B1/21 is an Irish single pot still whiskey, bottled at 56.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is the fourth batch of this cask strength release.
The whiskey was matured in a combination of ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks.
The nose brings marzipan, freshly baked bread, vanilla, apricot and citrus, with hints of soft dried fruit. On the palate there are tropical fruit, exotic spices, vanilla, sea salt, raisins and sultanas.
