Redbreast 15 Year Old is an Irish single pot still whiskey in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 46% ABV and not chill-filtered.
A strong share of the distillate has matured in Oloroso sherry casks, which gives the whiskey its Christmas cake character.
The nose is spicy and fruity with toasted wood. The palate is full-flavoured and complex, balancing spice, cream, fruit, sherry and toasted notes, and the finish is long, with the flavours lingering.
