Redbreast 18 Years Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey

Redbreast 18 Years Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey, matured for 18 years in a combination of bourbon casks and casks that held oloroso sherry, cream sherry and ruby port. The casks were selected by master blender David McCabe. The nose brings red fruit, hedgerow berries, candied cherries, dried figs and honeyed dates. On the palate, tannic oak is balanced by a rich, fruity sweetness of juicy raisins, blackberries and plums. In the finish, those dark fruit notes linger beside hints of marzipan and warming oak spice.
