Redbreast 21 Year Old is an Irish single pot still whiskey, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle and described as a limited edition.
It was matured for a minimum of 21 years in a combination of first-fill ex-sherry casks and ex-bourbon barrels. The influence of the sherry casks is pronounced, adding richness and depth in the form of exotic fruits and spices.
