Redbreast Missouri Oak Edition is an Irish single pot still whisky and the latest addition to the Redbreast American Oak Series. It is bottled at 50.5% ABV (101 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
The whisky is aged in sherry and ex-bourbon barrels, then finished for ten months in virgin Missouri oak barrels. The oak comes from the Ozark Forest and gives the familiar Redbreast style a new twist.
