Redbreast Lustau Edition is an Irish single pot still whisky with a sherry finish, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV.
The edition puts the focus on sherry casks and what they do for the Irish spirit.
It was finished for a year in first-fill oloroso sherry butts, giving a creamy whisky with notes of liquorice, marzipan and dark fruits.
