Master Blender Dave Carpenter starts with Redemption's High Rye Bourbon, a style inspired by pre-Prohibition whiskey and known for its pronounced rye character, then finishes it in Cognac casks.
The flavours are described as elegant and bold, balanced by a warming sweetness and ending on the rye-led finish the brand is known for.
