Redemption High Rye Bourbon is a bourbon in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 46% ABV. Its mash has a rye content of 36%, noticeably higher than comparable bourbons.
The result is the gentle sweetness of classic bourbon, with sweet corn balanced by rye spice. Light touches of vanilla and caramel round out the flavour.
The nose is bright fruit with light mint, leading to a palate of cocoa and cinnamon.
