Redemption Straight Bourbon is a bourbon bottled at 84 proof, or 42% ABV, a strength chosen for a lighter drinking experience. It is made to show the classic flavours of bourbon.
A high proportion of corn in the mash gives a sweet character, while the rye adds a light spice.
In the glass it is described as sweet, with vanilla and caramel coming from the wood.
