Redemption Wheated Straight Bourbon is aged for four years in new oak barrels and bottled at 48% ABV in a 75cl bottle. Its mash bill is 51% corn, 45% winter wheat and 4% malted barley, which places it close to a wheat whiskey.
The high wheat content gives a mellow, nutty whiskey. Roasted coffee bean and hazelnut mark the flavour, followed by a long, smooth finish.
