Redwood Empire Rocket Top is a bottled-in-bond rye whiskey from California. It is a blend of barrels aged between three and five years, held in 53-gallon American white oak.
The whiskey matures in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast, which adds depth of flavour. The oak gives a tannic palate with the complexity of deeply aged flavours.
