Refosco del Penducolo Rosso Collio DOP from Vidussi is a red wine from the Collio DOP. The nose offers dark berry fruit such as sour cherry and plum, with small forest fruits, light herbal notes and discreet spice. On the palate it has good structure, present but balanced tannins and freshness, with mature fruit and mineral returns. It pairs with cured meats, grilled meats, rich ragu and medium-aged cheeses, and is best served at around 14-16 C in a wide glass.
