Rosso IGP Schiopettino - Vidussi (14%)

A Schiopettino red wine from Vidussi, with an intense ruby colour. The nose shows ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, delicate spicy notes typical of the grape, especially black pepper, and light floral hints. The palate has present but well-integrated tannins, good acidity supporting the structure, and a savoury, slightly spicy finish. It pairs well with lean meats, lightly aged cured meats, medium-aged cheeses, mushroom dishes, rustic soups and pasta with robust sauces. Serve slightly cool to bring out its drinkability.
