A sparkling red Lambrusco from Emilia-Romagna, made mainly from Lambrusco grapes. It is an intense ruby red with violet reflections. The nose brings red fruits such as raspberry and blackberry, with floral notes and a light spicy touch. On the palate it is dry, with good structure, balanced freshness, well-integrated effervescence and moderate acidity. It is best served cold, at 8-10°C, and suits cured meats, robust pasta dishes, semi-aged cheeses, grilled meats and roasts.
