A sparkling red wine made exclusively from Lambrusco grapes by Lombardini in Emilia-Romagna. It has a vivid ruby colour and fine, persistent bubbles. The nose shows red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, with light violet and spice notes. On the palate it balances acidity and sweetness, with a structured yet fresh character and a clean, elegant finish. The second fermentation takes place in autoclave using the Charmat method. It suits light snacks, cured meats, cheeses and regional Emilian dishes.
