Remus Repeal Reserve Series VII is a straight bourbon whiskey from the United States, in its 2023 edition. It is made at the Ross & Squibb Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, formerly known as MGP. The brand is named after George Remus, a figure of the Prohibition era who bought W.P. Squibb & Co. because of its reputation for quality. The nose brings caramelised pecans, candied cherry and maple syrup, with rye spice, vanilla and dusty oak behind. The palate is rich with caramel, maple and candied raisin, leading to barrel char and cinnamon.
