Revel Stoke 'Crackberry' Blackberry Flavoured Whiskey (75cl, 35%)

Revel Stoke 'Crackberry' is a blackberry flavoured whiskey bottled at 35% in a 75cl bottle. It is made with real blackberry juice by Phillips Distilling in Princeton, Minnesota. The base is a Canadian whisky of rye, corn and malted barley, triple-distilled in copper stills and aged for three years in charred white oak. The nose is of ripe wild blackberries, vanilla and a hint of toasted oak. The palate is rich, smooth and juicy, with sweet blackberry up front, mild vanilla spice and layered oak, and the finish is lingering, fruity and clean.
