Revel Stoke 'Shellshocked' Roasted Pecan Flavoured Whiskey (75cl, 35%)

Revel Stoke 'Shellshocked' is a roasted pecan flavoured whiskey, bottled at 35% ABV in a 750ml bottle. All-natural pecan flavour and a hint of praline are added to the brand's Canadian whisky, made from rye, corn and barley malt. It is triple-distilled in copper stills and aged three years in charred white oak by Phillips Distilling in Princeton, Minnesota. It is usually poured over ice, and also suits a pecan Old Fashioned. Tasting notes describe a nose of roasted pecan, praline and warm vanilla. The palate is smooth and sweet, with buttery nut, praline and a little oak spice. The finish is sweet and lingering, with pecan to the end.
