A Peruvian aged rum produced in small quantities. It has a golden amber colour and reveals aromas of ripe tropical fruit, toffee and delicate vanilla from maturation in barrique. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with caramel, sweet spices such as cinnamon and a hint of nutmeg, leading to a long, pleasant finish. It can be enjoyed neat or used as the base for sophisticated cocktails.
