Ribolla Gialla Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC Blanc di Bianca

A white wine from Gori, made from Ribolla Gialla, an indigenous grape of Friuli. It is fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks. The wine shows a bright straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections, with aromas of green apple, citrus and floral notes, plus light mineral hints. On the palate it is fresh and dynamic, with citrus vivacity and pleasant acidity, a clean, defined structure and a persistent finish.
