It is pale straw yellow in colour, with delicate aromas of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit such as apple and peach. The palate is fresh and lively, balancing mineral sapidity with enveloping softness. Branko refines it with care, preserving the varietal character and sense of place. It suits fish dishes and light starters, and also refined Mediterranean cooking.
