Riesling Haart to Heart Reinholt Haart

A Riesling from R. Haart in Germany's Mosel region, with a bright yellow colour and greenish reflections. The nose shows white flowers, melon, peach and flinty notes typical of Riesling grown on slate soils. On the palate it is fresh and vibrant, with balanced acidity, medium body and flavours of lime, green apple and a touch of honey. The finish is long and clean. Suited to delicate fish dishes, sushi, sashimi, light starters and herb-led vegetarian dishes.
