Riesling Piesporter Trocken - Reinholt Haart

A white wine from R. Haart, made from Riesling in the Mosel region of Germany. It is bright and straw-yellow with greenish reflections. The nose combines citrus such as lime and lemon with white-fleshed fruit including peach and green apple, floral hints and stony minerality. On the palate it is fresh and direct, with balanced acidity, a light saline note and a clean, refreshing finish. It works as an aperitif and with light fish dishes, crisp salads or delicately spiced Asian food.
