A white wine from Tenuta Santodeno, made from Riesling grapes in the Rubicone IGT area of Emilia-Romagna.
It shows a bright straw-yellow colour. The nose brings white peach, green apple, citrus, jasmine, hawthorn and a mineral note. On the palate it is fresh, balanced in acidity, dry and lightly savoury, with a pleasant persistence.
It pairs with fish dishes, light starters, vegetarian dishes and fresh cheeses, and works well as an aperitif. Serve at 8-10°C.
