Tenuta Santodeno Trebbiano Rubicone

A white wine from Tenuta Santodeno, made from Trebbiano in the Romagna tradition. The grapes are carefully grown and picked at the right ripeness, giving a straw-yellow wine with greenish reflections. The nose shows white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, with floral notes and slight minerality. On the palate it is dry, light and well balanced, with pleasant acidity. It suits fish dishes, salads and white meats, and works well as an aperitif. Fermentation in steel helps preserve the purity and freshness of the grapes.
