Rock Hill Farms is a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon produced by Sazerac, bottled at 100 proof, or 50% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. It takes its name from a stretch of farmland along the Kentucky River. The bottle is an etched, decanter-style design with a glass stopper.
The nose opens with figs, nuts and dry spices, then big oak with hints of peppermint, butterscotch and black pepper. The palate has cocoa, rye spices, buttery toffee and sour fruit, with tangy rye and oak in play. The finish is walnut, honey, vanilla, toffee, anise, mint and spices.
