Rock Island 14 Year Old is a blended malt from Douglas Laing, in a 70cl bottle at 46.8%. This limited edition is sherried and given an extended maturation. It is built around single malts distilled on Orkney, Jura, Arran and Islay.
The nose brings sea spray and coastal peat with some dried red fruits. The palate has sweet smoked meats and salted caramel, with cinnamon and nutmeg. The finish is lingering smoke with raisin sweetness.
