Rock Island Blended Malt (70cl)

Rock Island is a small-batch blended malt Scotch whisky, formerly sold as Rock Oyster. It is made only from single malts distilled on Scottish islands, among them Islay, Arran, Jura and Orkney, and is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The nose has soft peat smoke, sea spray, damp seaweed, malted barley and lemon zest, with a little honeyed vanilla. On the palate come barley sugar, salted caramel, black pepper, a touch of ash, citrus and a mineral note. The finish is medium to long, with maritime saltiness, gentle campfire smoke, citrus and warming oak spice.
