Rod & Hammer's Peach Whiskey is a flavoured whiskey at 70 proof (35%), made with straight bourbon, natural peach flavour and a hint of black tea. The base is a mash bill of corn, rye and malted barley, aged in new charred American oak.
The nose has ripe peach, orchard fruit and a gentle, tea-like earthiness. On the palate, juicy peach sweetness meets oak spice, honeyed vanilla and subtle black tea. The finish is smooth, fresh and slightly sweet.
